Dr usama i want to ask if you just suggest medicine or do you provide DBT too? For BPD. because i want both, therapy and medicine.

I have been struggling alot and been in and out of therapy for 10 years now. As someone who has borderline personality disorder multiple sources suggested i go for DBT. I've already done a whole course of CBT and it didn't help much...
