Masha Allah, Dr.sab diet plan was very effective. My advice is if you want to lose weight, then the Dr.sab diet plan will reduce your weight and at the same time make your body shape well and the Dr.sab also answers every question immediately on WhatsApp. I loose 11kg in just 2 months
