I wanted to lose weight in a consistent manner with a diet plan that was easy to implement and execute on a regular basis (no fancy diets with lots of ingredients). Dr. Zain made a great diet and exercise plan. I lost 14kg in two months. My total weight loss target is approx. 80kg and have lost 50+ kg Alhamdulilah of which last 14 kg are from Dr Zain’s diet plan. Best consultant, without counseling diet plans are just thrown away or people just start taking the plan easy and cheat regularly and at the end, with no results people back out, so the best thing about him is he counsel the patient too with diet plans, he arranged few counseling sessions and also feedback sessions that motivated me to follow the diet plan so i achieve my goal weight and health ?

Highly professional, had body complexity issue but Mr Zain made me feel comfortable and provided the best diet plan, I am quite healthy now
