Mr Umer really knows his stuff! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs counselling or any sort of psychological help. He is very easy to talk to and addresses what needs to be addressed.. I was having anxiety and panic attacks we discussed my issue and he provided me with many techniques.. Because of him i am able to handle my anxiety in a much different way.
