I was stuck in anxiety loop. All the time thinking of negativity, and keep repeating the same as result i was getting panic and feeling like worst is going to happen. After the session with Doctor, i realize that mind is the powerful tool to get u out of the loop. I learn how to break that anxiety loop. How to find positivity in situations and most importantly how to deal with things logically. Overall i have improved alot and hoping to continue the same in sha Allah.
