Starting therapy was a big step for me, so finding the right therapist was really important. I’m so grateful I found her. Although my CBT journey is still ongoing, I already feel lighter, more hopeful, and much more confident that I chose the right person to help me. She has a wonderful way of making you feel safe and comfortable, which made it much easier for me to open up, even about things I found difficult to talk about. Every session has a clear purpose, and she always makes sure we’re progressing and staying on track. As someone who tends to procrastinate and struggle with consistency, having that guidance and accountability has made a huge difference. I also appreciate that she helps me understand why I think and feel the way I do, instead of just giving advice. It’s helping me build awareness, challenge old patterns, and slowly become more confident in myself. I know I still have work to do, but for the first time in a long time, I genuinely feel hopeful about getting better. I’m very thankful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated CBT therapist.
