When I went to Dr. Shahida, I was very hurt and broken, had no hope if I could find any positivity in anything if it was my health, career, Family or anything in short. But little by little and some efforts from my side and hard work at Dr. Shahida’s side made it possible for me to find my own self back. She actually introduced myself to me and taught me to own it. Without her counselling I wouldn’t be able to stand so full of positivity... I am satisfied and content now Thanks Doc !!! I wouldn’t have been possible without you.

I would say Dr shahida has been a life savoiur for my daughter Amal. She groomed and helped my daughter, as a flower brought back to life. With Dr. Shahida's tremendous efforts, my daughter gained confidence that had been shattered badly by class bullies. She has overcome her fears which were quite visible from her behaviour. Academically, she was below average. With Dr. Shahida's help she has gradually gone to a level of being in the top rank. Most importantly she is now a happy and friendly child. Dr. Shahida successfully helped her overcome her weaknesses step by step and made everything interesting and possible to comprehend with great logics. I would recommend her as one of the best Psychologist/therapist in Islamabad.
