Hi, lm Mrs Ahsan.last month l went to Dr for consultation because due to sudden deaths of my mother and young brother l was in great grief and due to that incident l reduced my weight approx 5 kg .Dr listened me patiently and suggested me to follow diet plan .l followed diet plan approx 50% ang gained result.Masha Allah Dr concerned with me ,guided me and buck up me to follow the plan.l really appreciate dr 's concern. Thanks

Dr Amina has been very attentive and very hardworking regarding my weight loss journey. Always offering alternatives to certain parts of the diet if I wasn't satisfied with them and working with me to keep me following it the best I could.
