I had a very valuable and enriching internship experience at Bright Way Clinic under the supervision of Mam. She is highly empathetic, supportive, and professional in her dealings with patients. I particularly appreciated the way she listened to patients with patience and understanding and created a comfortable and respectful environment for them. During my internship, I learned a lot about patient interaction, clinical observation, and professional behavior. I had an online consultation with Dr. Malika during a really difficult phase. I was having panic attacks, feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed, and honestly, I had started feeling useless. I also felt like no one around me was genuinely there for me.What really helped was the way Dr. Malika handled the online session. She listened patiently, understood what I was going through, and made me feel comfortable and heard without any judgment. Even through an online consultation, I felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely cared.I finished the session feeling much calmer and a little more hopeful.
