I would like to share my experience regarding my son’s eye treatment with Dr. Javed Chattha. My son, Muhammad Arshiyan Asim, is about four and a half months old. About two months ago, he developed an eye problem. There was yellow discharge coming from his eye (commonly called eye discharge in babies). We first consulted a local doctor and continued treatment for about a month, but unfortunately there was no significant improvement. After that, we consulted another eye specialist and followed the prescribed medication for another month, but the problem still did not completely resolve. Then I searched on the internet and came across Dr. Javed Chattha. I contacted him and had a video consultation with him. He carefully examined my son through the video call, listened to my concerns very patiently, and advised some medicines along with a simple eye exercise. Alhamdulillah, by following his advice and treatment, my son’s eye improved almost 90% within one week. Dr. Javed Chattha also asked for follow-up and guided us again after reviewing the progress. After two weeks, Alhamdulillah, my son’s eye problem was completely resolved. What impressed me the most was Dr. Javed Chattha’s humble, polite, and caring attitude. He listened to my concerns very patiently and explained everything in a very clear and kind manner. Even after the first consultation, whenever I contacted him again for follow-up, he responded with the same respect, attention, and professionalism.
