I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t seen until 6:20 PM. The ultrasound doctor was not present, and despite asking multiple times, the staff kept giving false information about her arrival. She finally came around 7:15 PM. The staff was not polite and seemed more focused on avoiding questions than helping patients. When the doctor finally did arrive, she was clearly in a rush, and the consultation felt very short and incomplete. I didn’t get a proper chance to explain all my concerns, and I left feeling ignored and disappointed. This kind of delay, dishonesty, and rushed service is unacceptable, especially in healthcare where patients deserve attention and respect.
