This was my first online appointment and it was transforming. Dr Hashir immediately came to attend my call and was remarkably thorough in the whole process - most importantly, he was very patient, empathic and painstaking - you do not find doctors like this anymore - so bundle of thanks and I therefore had to come to give this feedback as a matter of reciprocating the empathy shown.
