I was diagnosed with arthritis last year and my knee pain was very severe since January. I consulted Dr ifraa she recommended me 10 12 sessions. I only took 7 sessions because I have to go abroad but in those 7 sessions my pain was 80% recovered and I am able to walk properly. She is very dedicated and hardworking physiotherapist. I had back injury (disc dislocation) due to a fall - and it had become chronic because I didn't get it treated timely. It's been 4 months since then but with just a few sessions, I could see remarkable changes and recovery. The next day after my first session, I woke up pain-free and it was such a beautiful feeling.
