I was diagnosed with arthritis last year and my knee pain was very severe since January. I consulted Dr ifraa she recommended me 10 12 sessions. I only took 7 sessions because I have to go abroad but in those 7 sessions my pain was 80% recovered and I am able to walk properly. She is very dedicated and hardworking physiotherapist.
