I had heard a lot about this app. Now when used found that their overall experience is good but they should keep the doctor online so that the patient doesn't have any difficulty in checkup. Oblige the doctor that he should have a fast internet connection, but in my case it was not like that, when the time came to check the report, the doctor was not responding. Had to call their helpline repeatedly, then went and checked the report. Good experience with Dr Fahad sb. However, app service needs to be improved.
