Well i grew up with my parents who fought every week, they are living together for god knows what reason even tho they don't like each other now. All the fights and the toxic environment i lived in caused alot of damage to me mentally and physically. Later on i realized i was developing all of their bad habits and becoming what i always wanted to run away from. Tbh there was a point where i said all of this is getting out of my hands so i better do something before I can't change. I wanted to change and i did with the help of Dr.Uzma. I'd like to once again thank her for everything. And I'd also like to thank myself for the efforts i put in in order to change.
