Dr Uzma is an amazing, skilled and knowledgeable Psychologist and individual. Having spoken to various highly qualified Psychologists in the UK over the past months, I must say Dr Uzma was by far much more knowledgeable and understanding. During the first session Dr Uzma managed to understand my core issues which no psychologist could fully understand. She explained the rationale behind my intrusive thoughts and ongoing issues with depression and low mood. I have since had various further sessions with Dr Uzma and Alhamdolillah I have seen major improvements in my depression and learned many valuable and helpful coping strategies which I apply on a daily basis.
