I have access of sebum on my scalp even after 2 hours of washing the skin. Access sebum is also responsible for my hair loss. Is there any hormonal disturbance causes this. Please suggest me specific hormonal test... thanks

I have a combination skin and I breakout after few days. I don't breakout much with tea tree oil but without it I see a few pimples every few days. My spots don't vanish and I have a few scars on my cheeks.
