From what you have written it sounds like anxiety and panic attacks. In such situations u will get all tests negative. Its a common condition and can happen after life stress. I would suggest u see a psychologist for counselling and take it from there. Thank you

i have more symptoms now i feel shock or numbness in right head side and pain inside ear.
