Dr suggest heart surgery after angiography as angioplasty not possible I don't want to go for surgery as angio report not ok but eco report is ok can I adapt medicine and lifestyle changes to avoid surgery

i have checked my lipid profile my totall cholesterol is 155 ldl is 66.9 triglycerides is 79 everything seems to be normal but my hdl cholesterol is 128 as per the results its should be between 45 to 65 is it normal or not?
