i have checked my lipid profile my totall cholesterol is 155 ldl is 66.9 triglycerides is 79 everything seems to be normal but my hdl cholesterol is 128 as per the results its should be between 45 to 65 is it normal or not?
it is slightly raised have u taken any medication for that??
or have you any heart problem?
Usually High HDL levels are not of major concern. However the number you have shared does seem significant. I would recommend to get TSH done and it would be helpful to know if there is alcohol consumption history. If need further advise you can also arrange an appointment.

In absence of symptoms would just recommend healthy lifestyle repeat the test in 3 months preferably from a different lab.
