4 days ago i got a deep scratch from a kitten n i have a sore throat today and wound is not healed yet n i touch stray cat with open wound. Is this pus ? Should i be worried about tetanus or rabies? Please advice

I am feeling low whenever I eat sweets or sugary items since six month. I hv stopped to take sugar two years back to reduce weight. what will be issue and how can I improve.
