4 days ago i got a deep scratch from a kitten n i have a sore throat today and wound is not healed yet n i touch stray cat with open wound. Is this pus ? Should i be worried about tetanus or rabies? Please advice

Iwent to the hospital but its been 6 days already they were refusing for tetanus and rabies but somehow i got ATs now should i get rabies also ?

From the photo, this looks like a simple healing scratch. I don’t see signs of pus or a serious infection.
Rabies is not a concern from a scratch by a normal-acting kitten. Transmission usually requires a bite from a rabid animal, which is very rare.
Tetanus is the only thing to think about if you haven’t had a booster in the last 10 years (or you’re not sure), it’s sensible to get one.
Your sore throat is unrelated and likely just a minor viral illness.
Keep the area clean, wash it daily, and apply a light antibiotic ointment.
See a doctor if you notice spreading redness, pus, fever, or increasing pain.
That’s all you need to do right now.

keep the scratch clean and u can use polyfix cream
take paracetamol for your fever and sorethroat

No fever and sore throat is gone nobody is ready to give rabies vaccination i went 3 4 hospital and sindh infectious hospital also. Can i skip that ? I had tetanus already its a minor scratch while i was feeding multiple cats

yes if u dont have fever no need for paracetamol tetanus is not required at all for this wound
