I eat my meal three times & many times in the day I eat different things fruits ,snacks side items but I still feel hungry ..I have an anexity issues as well .I feel hungry in 35 mintues after my meal & my legs start shiver

I,m 23 years old girl, mera weight day by day lose horha , or proper 3 to 4 meals per day bhi nai le pa rhi .kyunki bhook or pyas bilkul bhi nai lagti .. tell any syrup or tablet or home remedy to increase appetite.
