Persistent hunger soon after meals with leg shivering can happen due to low blood sugar swings, anxiety, low protein/calorie intake, iron or vitamin deficiencies, or thyroid issues. Even if you eat often, meals that are mostly fruits/snacks may digest quickly and not keep you full.
Make meals balanced: include protein + healthy fats + complex carbs each time.
Eat regularly (every 3–4 hours) and avoid high-sugar snacks alone.
Stay hydrated and manage anxiety (breathing, sleep, routine).
