My Heartfelt Appreciation to Mamji Hospital & Dr. Muzaffar On Sunday, I brought my mother to Mamji Hospital’s Emergency Department when her oxygen saturation dropped to 83% due to mucus congestion. The emergency team responded professionally and stabilized her with timely treatment. During further evaluation, Dr. Shaheen Bhatti, General Physician, reviewed my mother’s reports and recommended an MRI for further investigation. The MRI revealed bleeding on both sides of her brain. Dr. Muzaffar, the neurosurgeon, immediately understood the seriousness of the situation, explained the findings clearly, and took prompt action. Without unnecessary delay, he examined my mother and arranged emergency surgery. What I witnessed was an extraordinary level of professionalism, urgency, compassion, and commitment. Within approximately 30–40 minutes, he invited me to see my mother after the procedure. Seeing her condition improve after she had been unconscious and unresponsive was an incredibly emotional moment for me. I am deeply grateful to Almighty Allah first, and sincerely thankful to Dr. Muzaffar and the entire Mamji Hospital team for their dedication, timely intervention, and care. His continued guidance during follow-up has further strengthened my confidence in his professionalism. Doctors don’t just treat patients; at critical moments, they bring hope to entire families.
