Major issues with using this app and connecting to a professional through your platform. Received many messages for consultation confirmation, payment and for schedule of time. Video consultation was also lagging, even though I was sitting next to my internet router. Hira Ahmed Butt is a great professional and provided excellent practical advice on our first session. Looking forward to consulting her again very soon
