My experience with iqra was great. I had recently slid back into some restrictive eating behaviors, and she helped me get back on track. She took time to create a personalized plan for me and would explain the science behind her recommendations, which helped me realize the importance of meeting my nutritional needs. She was constructive, and kind, and really helped me get to a place where I feel comfortable and capable of meeting my needs independently.
