I am satisfied with the doctor.

I recently moved to a new city, experiences intense anxiety and social isolation. I feel overwhelmed by the prospect of making new friends and navigating a new environment, leading to a cycle of avoidance and negative self-talk. Psychologist irum, It has helped me a lot in getting over all this. Now I have friends with a lot of people and there is no negative talk and avoidance behaviour at all.she is sach an competent psychologist.
