Warm but Professional My consultation with Dr Nazish Idrees was truly supportive. She demonstrated outstanding listening skills and handled the session with great professionalism and empathy. She ensured confidentiality, allowed ample space for me to share, and kindly extended the session time when needed. What stood out most was her cultural competence — she understood my language and background, which made me feel understood and respected. I left the session feeling well-supported and much better.
