I am satisfied with the doctor.
The doctor was very professional and conducted the check-up in great detail. However, the staff was not trained and were sending patients to the doctor as they pleased. Many people who came after me were sent in before me. When I told them that I had booked an appointment through Marham, they said, "Next time, don’t book through them. Call us directly on our number and come. How would Marham know when the doctor is available or not?" That’s why next time, I will book the appointment directly through them because booking through Marham is just a waste of time.
