I am satisfied with the doctor.
I’ve tried a few therapists, but this was honestly a very different experience for me. She really helped me deal with my panic attacks and anxiety in a way that actually worked. What mattered the most to me was how comfortable I felt talking to her. I never felt judged, and I genuinely felt like everything I shared was safe with her. I’m really grateful for her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone going through anxiety or panic attacks.
