I am having extreme hair fall these days. I am thinking to start hairfin tablet along with oral minoxidil since topical doesn't suit my skin. is oral minoxidil safe to take?

میرے سر پر چھوٹے دانے جیسے پمپلز ہیں۔ عموماً یہ 5 سے 6 ہوتے ہیں۔ کبھی یہ سر کے آگے اور کبھی پچھلے حصے میں نکل آتے ہیں۔ ہلکی سی خارش بھی ہوتی ہے۔ مجھے تھوڑی سی خشکی بھی ہے۔ براہِ کرم دوا تجویز کریں۔
