Assalamualaikum,
About three months ago, I started getting acne. Before that, I had never experienced acne. Around that time, I used a Tinkle razor on my face after applying coconut oil, and since then the acne started appearing.
The pimples mostly occur on my cheeks. Even now, when one pimple goes away, another one appears in the same area. I have not used the razor again after that, but the pimples on my cheeks still keep coming.
I also tried the Vince Anti-Acne Kit, which included an anti-acne face wash and anti-acne cream, but it did not make any difference.
Could you please guide me on what I should use to get rid of this acne?

Acne usually occurs during the teenage years and is more common in females due to hormonal changes. However, in your case it may be related to the use of coconut oil, which can clog the pores and trigger acne.
