I'm facing this problem from last 3-4 months that sometimes feels excessive thrust and urination, even after drinking water the thrust remains same. My today lab test report is attached

I'm suffering from this condition since 5-6 months ,i felt intense thrust and excessive urination even after drinking plenty of water ,the thrust remains same like like dry tongue and excessive urination.

Praying has become really tough now. I can't afford to get a D3 test done. I'm taking 400 IU D3 but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. Please suggest a therapeutic dose of D3 + K2 + calcium from any brand.
