Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Layyah
AOA Doctor, I am 27F and need guidance for my gynaecological history.
At age 15-16: Diagnosed with small uterus + small ovaries + absent periods + underdeveloped breasts. USG showed no cysts. Height 5'4". No blood tests were done. Gynecologist said “not treatable” and gave only multivitamins.
At age 26-27: During kidney stone treatment, a urologist gave Diane-35 tablets. I got periods + some breast development with it. After stopping, periods continued for some time on their own.
*Questions:* 1. Which tests should I do now - FSH, LH, AMH, estradiol, karyotype, DEXA? 2. What is the safest long-term plan for my bones, heart + menstrual health?
Please advise next steps. Thank you.
FSH LH Karyotype
For proper evaluation and treatment your full medical history physical examination and some lab tests will be required. You can book your appointment for online consultation or a clinic visit. Most relevant tests will be advised after complet history and to review your previous medical records.
