اسلام وعلیکم میرا نام محمد قاسم ہے میری عمر 43 سال ہے میرا 2021ء میں ایکسیڈنٹ ہوا تھا میری ٹانگ فیکچر ہو گئی 2022ء میں میرا آپریشن ہوا تھا 2022ء میں ہی مجھے مہروں کا ایشو ہوا اور اس دوران وزنی کام کی وجہ سے میری ڈسک ڈیمج ہو گئ میں 2 ماہ بستر پر لیٹا رہا اور اپنا علاج نشتر سے کرواتا رہا نشتر ڈاکٹر نے فوراً آپریشن کا کہا جس کے 10 فیصد چانس تھے کامیابی کے اور 90 فیصد چانس تھے ناکامی کے یہ نشتر کے پروفیسر کا جواب تھا میں نے یہ رسک نہیں لیا ۔ پھر اللّہ نے ایک ڈاکٹر جن کا نام ڈاکٹر صائمہ مون رؤف صاحبہ ( شھیر کلینک گارڈن ٹاؤن ملتان) ہے میرے لیئے ایک فرشتہ ہیں وسیلہ بنا کر بھیجا اب الحمدللہ میں بہت بہتر ہوں میں اللّہ کا شکر گزار ہوں کہ ڈاکٹر صائمہ رؤف بیگ صاحبہ کے روپ میں میرے لیئے ایک فرشتہ بھیجا۔ اللّہ پاک آپ کو لمبی اور صحت والی زندگی عطا فرمائے آمین
