I woke up yesterday morning with feeling extremely cold and shivering. Other symptoms were fever (101), congested nose, cough (initially wet then dry), body ache, eyes ache & watery eyes. I have been taking claritek 500 for 3 days, myteka 10, pacific dm syrup, arinac forte. This morning the body ache was still there so I took paracetamol instead of arinac. Plesse advise.

you should not take antibiotic yourself self medication is very dangerous it would have been better if u asked before satrting medicine but if once you have started then complete the course of antibiotic stop arinac and Pacific and even myteka if dont have any chronic chest issues take paracetamol if symptomatic plenty of water ,rest and hot drinks
