mera bp high rehta hai artime 160 100 or me ne doctar ko dikaya doctar ne muje tablet deya 160/5 mg ka 4 month se me kah raha ho leken abi b bp 140 / 95 hai agar me walk karo ga tho bp 130/ 84 2 or 3 ghanti k bad phir se 140/95
I have done my ecg and echo seven months ago and they both were normal..is there any cance i can have any heart issues now.. as sometimes i feel pain left side of chest but a pinching pain near the sternum bone..
