Its been 6 to 7 months mujhe sene me left side and mid me thori si come and go pain rhti and pressure sa prta h randomly zda mid chest me and kabbi kabbi left arm and hand me pain hoti h phli ecg krwie thi normal thi blood test 6 mahene phle krwie thi tb bbi normal the troponin cbc cholesterol sb 2 weeks phle ecg dubara krwie thi dubara normal thi bp mera zda rhta h 140 over 80 150 over 90 taking andral 25 mg and one sertaline lakin use frq nai prha bht tng hu any guidelines just want to get rid of this thing
U need to have a consultation at clinic. U need only echo and ETT in a hospital. Plz do it and we can discuss it on what up. For the time being use tab voltral 50 MG 1bd. Chances of heart disease is low but still needs to be screened.
It needs only 2k rupees in govt hospital. ECG is normal in majority cases. But it is not suitable to exclude problems in heart valves and arteries. After these test we can discuss ur case on what up. I can cheak u free at my clinic.

Although more information is needed for a definite diagnosis but generally It does not look like a cardiac pain . It looks like you are taking an Ssri and a beta blocker . please share your ECG and echo.
