Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Ecg And Echo

I have done my ecg and echo seven months ago and they both were normal..is there any cance i can have any heart issues now.. as sometimes i feel pain left side of chest but a pinching pain near the sternum bone..

Normal ECG does not mean that there might not be any problem. But at this age, having any heart problems like angina is very unlikely.
I have seen a lot of such questions on this platform regarding heart issues. I think you need to understand that no Cardiologist can give you a safe answer without seeing the patient. heart diseases are not like common cold and diarrhea. And asking for opinion like this will only confuse you further.
A resting normal ECG and ECHO does not rule out underlying cardiac problems.

Chances of heart problem is low at this age. Further clarification will come through ETT test. Clinical consultation is must to diagnose and treat this pain.
