I was my 4th session with ma'am mehwish, and she took and gather all the necessary information and the clues before going and starting off the EMDR therapy which had been very effective and performed it quite professionally, persistently as needed, which at the end of the session i processed alot of thoughts and was stressed out but she helped me with the safe place technique and i became relaxed after that. She is really a very psychologist, Alhamdulillah. And also she listened to me, my thoughts and stuff too. Thankyou so much ma'am mehwish

it was my 3rd session with ma'am mehwish ishfaq, and was overall good, the review process of the activities she told me to do during the week was again very to the point, the questions related to it being asked, and that motivated me yet another time to be better in the upcoming week and do the same activities i like to do the most which helps me be stable and relax and calm.
