it was my 3rd session with ma'am mehwish ishfaq, and was overall good, the review process of the activities she told me to do during the week was again very to the point, the questions related to it being asked, and that motivated me yet another time to be better in the upcoming week and do the same activities i like to do the most which helps me be stable and relax and calm. It was great session overall and was my second session and I'm satisfied because she took time to listen to me and took the entire history and made me perform EMDR specific exercises which helps me to relax and be happy for instance and as sessions go further I'm sure i will get better as i am getting the motivation out of the counselling therapy, because i say what i wanna say while talking to the madam mehwish. She also emphasize on the things i like to do the most which ultimately helps me to remain chill throughout the week/the days and the routine which goes along way. Thankyou so much madam for taking my problem seriously and supporting.
