It was great session overall and was my second session and I'm satisfied because she took time to listen to me and took the entire history and made me perform EMDR specific exercises which helps me to relax and be happy for instance and as sessions go further I'm sure i will get better as i am getting the motivation out of the counselling therapy, because i say what i wanna say while talking to the madam mehwish. She also emphasize on the things i like to do the most which ultimately helps me to remain chill throughout the week/the days and the routine which goes along way.
