Needs clinical examination by breast surgeon preferably to exclude any lumps or focal cause. Ultrasound breast. If all ok, may be reassured and can apply topical fastum or any painkiller gel. And any over the counter pain killer that suits. Sports bra, hot fomentation and oil massages help.
You can take painkillers for pain for now , like Brufen ,can apply Brufen cream also and warm fomentation., and get yourself examined by breast surgeon , history and examination required.
