Talk to Breast Surgeon on Intraductal Pappiloma

Initial Presentation: Significant weight loss and muscle weakness, initially raising concern for systemic illness. She was subsequently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and is currently on Neo-Mercazole.

Background & Screening: History of left nipple discharge (~1.5 years ago). During routine physical evaluation for weight loss, a breast ultrasound was ordered by her physician as part of a general check-up along with other tests e.g. Pulmonary, Liver US, TSH, T3, T3, Vitamin-D etc.

Imaging Findings: Breast US revealed a 1.4 x 0.5 cm non-vascular intra-ductal solid component in the left retroareolar region (BIRADS IV). Bilateral axillary lymph nodes were normal. Then as per recommendation of Doctor Rufina, tru-cut biopsy was done.
