Usually both breasts are a little different in size. If there is a lump please get checked by a breast surgeon and an ultrasound will be advised. BIRADS score is checked and mostly these lumps are not worrisome but still this is the way to go. Still need to monitor the size by self exam every month even if ultrasound is reassuring.
