Talk to Colorectal Surgeon on Lump Near Anus

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Lahore

A few months ago, I noticed a lump near my anus and consulted a doctor online. She first said Grade 3 piles, then said Grade 2 and suggested surgery. I don’t have any pain, bleeding, or discomfort, but I do have stomach issues. I often get constipation with small, hard stools, and sometimes mild diarrhea. The lump goes back inside on its own after pooping. What could this be? I really want to avoid surgery if possible.
