Talk to Fertility Consultant on Fertility Improvement

Hi I am 32 year old female, I got married in 2016 and in 2024 I got separated and in that duration I didn't get pregnant once even after lots of treatment, medications and even IUI. And now I am again going to get marry in October this year, I want to improve my fertility so that I can conceive, but due to extreme stress I am taking cetrizine tablets daily for past 2 years as I am also allergic to pollens so it calms me and also helps me to sleep. But now I want to improve my fertility need tips( in previous years Dr's never diagnose anything in me and my ex husband except they told me sometimes that my egg size is small on the 12th or 14th day). And now my periods are also remained light just for 2 days normal bleeding and on 3rd day it's just spotting. What should I do ?
