Assalam walaikum after 2 years of marriage she choose to do trigger shot injection treatment After eating letrozole 2m5 mg for 5 days and on day 12 got the ultrasound it shows endometrium line 0.3 cm and one large follicle 2.1×2.0 cm and on that day also get trigger shot injection but dr don't give any medicine for endometrium line and now on day 29 she got periods what she should do on next cycle
