Talk to Gynecologic Oncologist on Breast Cancer

My mother has been diagnosed withInvasive Breast Carcinome, no special type (ductal), grade 2 breast cancer, her doppler ultra sound report, mammography report and biopsy report is attached. Tumor size is 17mm as per Ultrasound.

Please look into attached report and guide which treatment plan we follow

1) Mastectomy and then hormone therapy for 5 years 2) Lumpectomy and then hormone therapy for 5 years 3) Lumpectomy then radiations and then hormone therapy for 5 years

I am so much confused and depressed and need guideline, please guide, Jazzak Allah
