Brief Treatment Summary *Uterus removed in april 2021 (CA Endometrium diagnosed from uterus biopsy) *Chemotherapy started in june 2021. 6 sessions done. *Radiotherapy 25 x external and 3 x internal sessions done in dec 2021. *In May-June 2022, P/R bleeding started and radiation proctitis diagnosed. *Ileostomy done in September 2022. *In Feb 2024, P/R bleeding started again but controlled. *In August 2024, heavy bleeding & clotting from urine/vagina started. RECTO-Vaginal Fistula diagnosed. *One session of dialysis done. *PCN done on both sides. (Bladder Hematoma) Present Complaints: *Persistent Fever *Hands and feets are heating up/burning sensation. *P/R bleeding & heating/burning sensation and continuous pain. *Weakness and Lethargic What should be done now?
